We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our media buying strategies, scale client growth, and mentor our growing team.

About the Role

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own end-to-end paid media campaign management across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), using advanced optimization techniques, data-driven insights, and strategic planning to maximize ROAS and achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, full-funnel performance marketing strategies tailored to diverse client goals (Lead Generation, E-commerce, Brand Awareness).
• Set up, manage, and scale high-budget paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct rigorous A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies), and optimize for CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Extract actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and native ad managers; translate complex data into easy-to-understand performance reports for clients.
• Oversee the implementation of tracking pixels, conversions, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups to ensure data accuracy.
• Work closely with creative and account management teams to align ad creatives with performance goals and mentor junior performance marketers/media planners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or a similar role (Agency experience is highly preferred).
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with TikTok Ads, Line Ads, or programmatic advertising is a strong plus.
• Proven experience driving high-converting Bottom-Funnel campaigns, or extensive background managing accounts in Real Estate or Beauty Clinic sectors is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Highly analytical, proactive, results-oriented mindset and excellent presentation and communication skills to explain technical metrics to non-technical clients.
