Senior Product Engineer

About the Company

We are currently assisting a global leader in aircraft parts’ Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) services to look for a Senior Product Engineer to provide engineering and technical support to MRO operations by developing work instructions, enhancing repair capabilities, and ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update work instructions, routings, and BOMs based on OEM data while supporting ERP system integration and technical database management.
• Provide technical support to production, customer support, and sales teams, including troubleshooting, concessions with OEMs, and resolving operational issues.
• Drive process improvements, new capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in aviation or MRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of OEM's component maintenance manuals (CMM), aviation regulations, engineering drawings, and ERP systems; landing gear or overhaul experience is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
