About the Role

As our Senior QA, you’ll ensure every product meets top quality and regulatory standards. You’ll lead audits, improve systems, and support regulatory submissions to keep our operations compliant and trusted worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (GMP, ISO, HACCP).
• Conduct audits and manage non-conformities, CAPA, and risks.
• Develop and update SOPs and quality documents.
• Support product release, traceability, and change control processes.
• Assist regulatory submissions and ensure labeling compliance (FDA, export).
• Train staff and promote a culture of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the FMCG industry.
• Sharp strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and problem-solving instinct.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes.
• AI-savvy, data-driven and resourceful.
• Strong communicator who aligns, influences, and delivers fast.
