Responsibilities

• Manage local key projects from phase S4 (detailed design) to phase S6 (completion & review).
• Accountable for the use of project information in Hilti Specification and Project Management Database (Hi‑Site), CRM and Project Capture Plan.
• Relationship management with external stakeholders (Owners, Designers, EPC & Contractors) and internal partners to maximize share of wallet.
• Steer key activities for focus projects, including topics related to product management and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural / Civil Engineering).
• More than 2 years working experience in large projects with strong project management skills and understanding of project stakeholders, capture plans and project management cycle.
• Strong technical background capable of understanding technical topics and creating action plans.
• Application knowledge in Oil & Gas and Onshore projects preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach frontline teams.
• Strong business acumen for making decisions on pricing, focus applications and service offerings.
• Team player with customer orientation; distinctive, proactive and communicative personality for international teamwork.
• Existing relations with Onshore Owners, EPC and contractors preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Rayong and willing to travel frequently.
• Able to communicate in English.
