About the Role
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and growing the resort’s social media presence across all key platforms. This role creates engaging content, develops social media campaigns, monitors online communities, and enhances brand awareness while driving guest engagement and business results. The Social Media Executive works closely with hotel departments to showcase resort experiences, promotions, events, and brand stories, ensuring all content aligns with IHG brand standards and marketing objectives.
