About the role

Bring your automotive technical expertise into a decision‑making role. As part of our Automotive Claims team, you'll assess failures and validate repairs across ICE/Hybrid/EV systems (engine, transmission, driveline, cooling, fuel, electrical/ECU), adjudicate coverage, and coordinate with service centers and customers. Ideal for seasoned technicians, OEM field/service engineers, or motor claims assessors seeking growth and greater impact.

Key responsibilities

• Adjudicate warranty coverage for ICE, Hybrid, and EV components per policy terms and conditions
• Record and summarize adjudication outcomes in the company system with high accuracy
• Prepare clear summary reports on vehicle condition and damage for assigned cases
• Coordinate with service center staff and customers to review inspection results for program enrollment; compile inspection history and negotiate claim outcomes within regulations
• Perform accurate, efficient data entry in line with company policies, project plans, and service standards
• Verify data and prepare technical documents, mechanical reports, and adjudication results for service centers, customers, and relevant parties as requested
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by supervisors
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและจัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค รายงาน และผลการพิจารณาเคลมสำหรับศูนย์บริการ ลูกค้า และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ร้องขอ

Key Qualifications

• Education: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or a Bachelor’s in Auto Mechanics/Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or National Skill Standard Certificate in Auto Mechanics
• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in motor insurance claims and/or as a mechanic/technician in automotive or EV service centers (EV experience is an advantage).
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams
• Soft skills: Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; strong technical analytical thinking and sound decision-making
• Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and punctual; able to work independently while maintaining service quality
• Language: Fluent Thai (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.

• ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Word, Excel และ MS application
• ทักษะ: สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน มีความคิดวิเคราะห์ทางเทคนิคที่ดีและการตัดสินใจที่เหมาะสม
• คุณลักษณะส่วนตัว: มีความกระตือรือร้น, ทำงานเชิงรุก, น่าเชื่อถือ และตรงต่อเวลา สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระโดยยังคงรักษาคุณภาพการบริการ
• ภาษา: สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (ทั้งพูดและเขียน) หากมีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Working conditions

• Hours: 08:30–17:30 (40 hours/week)
• Days: Regular 5‑day workweek (Mon–Fri); Plus about one Saturday per month with a weekday off in the same week.
• Location: Soi Petchburi 35, Makkasan, Ratchatewi
