Workforce Strategy & Vendor Performance Manager (SPX Express)

About the Team

Responsible for workforce strategy and driving vendor performance for manpower vendors across logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive vendor performance across manpower vendors, ensuring service level adherence, daily operational support, and campaign readiness.
• Design vendor model based on operational requests, balancing cost, flexibility, and workforce commitment; assess volume trends and adjust fulfillment strategy.
• Lead price benchmarking, vendor bidding, and cost negotiations to ensure service cost competitiveness; collaborate on vendor selection aligned with business needs and market conditions.
• Plan manpower fulfillment across logistics sites for peak campaigns; coordinate with vendors on headcount readiness and incentive schemes by shift.
• Lead and support team members in workforce allocation, time attendance tracking, vendor reporting, and invoice support.
• Ensure vendor compliance with agreed specifications; monitor quality and productivity and make adjustments (OT productivity, shift-level adjustments).
• Review and manage vendor contracts; support annual vendor performance reviews and contract renewal planning.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve cost and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain industry, specifically in vendor management, vendor performance, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of vendor contract terms, SLA management, and performance tracking.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendors with different workforce commitment models.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Operations and external vendors.
• Comfortable working with large datasets, manpower planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Able to handle dynamic environments such as campaign periods and shifting manpower demands; familiarity with fulfillment or last-mile operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Thai language required; English proficiency is a plus.
