About the Role

Reapra is hiring a research intern to support the team in developing and managing research content. This is a part-time internship that can be conducted hybrid or fully remotely. The role requires close collaboration with team members in the GMT+8/9 time zones and will be expected to communicate during their working hours. Minimum duration is 1 month with opportunities to renew. Strong ability to communicate in English and one other Asian language is required.

Responsibilities

• Support secondary research to deepen understanding of different markets, economies and cultures
• Support the development of research content and materials that reflect learnings from practice data
• Collaboratively organise and synthesise discussion and learning notes and resources

Qualifications

• Inquisitive, reflective mindset and interest in collaborating with members from different cultures and disciplines
• Open to learning from a beginner's perspective and excited by unconventional ways of learning and doing things
• Strong writing skills and aptitude for visual presentation
• Ability to organise large volumes of text and concepts for readership across different user groups
• Interest in personal growth and in connecting ideas across disciplines, with a particular interest in exploring wellbeing through different perspectives
• Prior exposure to entrepreneurial or start-up environments is a plus; suitable for those considering a career switch
