Banking Industry Advisor – Corporate & Commercial

About the Role

Provide strategic advisory to C-suite and senior leaders on wholesale banking transformation, with focus on operating model, credit, and transaction banking initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on corporate and commercial banking transformation strategy and roadmap
• Lead end-to-end Target Operating Model (TOM) design across Front, Middle, and Back Office
• Drive credit lifecycle transformation (credit assessment, risk rating, ECL/IFRS9)
• Advise on transaction banking, including payments, cash management, and ecosystem strategy
• Align business needs with technology, data, and system capabilities
• Ensure high-quality, practical deliverables and value realization
• Coach client stakeholders and delivery teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Corporate or Commercial Banking (leadership or consulting)
• Strong expertise in wholesale banking and end-to-end credit processes
• Proven experience in large-scale business and technology transformation
• Strong stakeholder influence and executive communication skills
• Familiarity with LOS, core banking platforms, and risk/compliance systems
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams
