Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of the Royal Thai Police or other government agencies to introduce technology solutions that enhance public safety and operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers in law enforcement, guiding long-term technology investments.
• Lead complex, large-scale sales processes including navigating government procurement cycles, multiple stakeholders, and intricate budgeting procedures.
• Build and foster long-term partnerships across operational staff to executive-level stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement and expansion.
• Collaborate with a global team of sales, engineering, and customer success professionals to deliver best-fit solutions to customers.
• Drive growth and innovation by representing Axon’s mission-driven products to public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or within the Royal Thai Police, law enforcement, or government agencies (operational, technical, or leadership role); OR 6+ years in sales, account management, or consultative business development, ideally with enterprise software or technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate with and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of driving projects forward in a structured, strategic way.
• Passion for solving complex problems and delivering real-world impact through technology.
• Willingness to travel (~25%) for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Location: Remote (Thailand).
• Reporting to: General Manager, Asia. Direct reports: None.
• Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
