About the Role

Through exposure to diverse facets of a Métier, HORIZONS prepares leaders for an accelerated journey of growth via rotations across teams, mentorship from senior leaders, and access to the HORIZONS Global Community.

• 24-month management trainee program with rotations across Retail and Corporate functions.
• Stage 1: Retail & Client Discovery — 6 months in a Retail Store.
• Stage 2: Business Exposure — 6 months at the Corporate Office.
• Stage 3: Store Management Expedition — 12 months in a Retail Store.
• Regional exposure across the South Asia Zone (9 countries) with opportunities to participate in regional projects.
• Tailored development path including mentorship and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Retail and Corporate teams to gain a comprehensive 360° understanding of the business area and operational experience.
• In Retail: deliver hands-on client experience, take part in team and project management, and partner with Client Relations & Experience and Retail Operations to create an exceptional client journey.
• In Corporate: work on diverse 6-month projects, collaborating across functions and departments to gain business exposure.
• Develop skills and experience to prepare for a leadership role in the Store Management Team.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• Two or more years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Permanent authorization to work in Thailand.
• Fluent in English.
• Available to start full-time on-site in Thailand by September 2026.
• Genuine passion for Louis Vuitton, client experience, and a strong desire to build a long-term career in Luxury Retail.
• Accountability, self-motivation, confidence and drive for results; intellectual curiosity; resilience and adaptability within complex environments; people-centric with demonstrated leadership potential.
