About the Role

Customer Insight & Analytics Internship at Siam Piwat. Part-time, onsite role assisting the analytics team with reporting, surveys, and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports
• Support survey projects including survey preparation, data cleaning, and quality checking
• Support traffic and customer data monitoring, validation, and trend tracking
• Consolidate, organize, and perform basic analysis on datasets
• Prepare charts, dashboards, and presentation materials to summarize findings

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with numbers and data
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Table, Lookup formula)
• Able to organize data and summarize findings
• Able to identify patterns and trends from data
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Eager to learn and support team projects

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Interest in customer insights, customer behavior, or retail business
• Familiarity with survey research
• Comfortable learning and using new digital or AI tools to support work
