CIP Operator - Rayong Plant

About the Role

CIP Operator at Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Rayong Plant). Prepare required volumes of simple syrup and beverage mix and operate/maintain water treatment facilities to meet production requirements, quality and sanitary standards. Lead Process Systems (Beverage and WTP) to support Packaging group production at optimum cost and quality.

Responsibilities

• Work in both beverage process and water treatment plant; act as Syrup supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with filler operator and Quality Control Technician on availability and quality of beverage.
• Calculate required sugar and monitor/record operating parameters (temperature, brix) of simple and flavored syrups; perform sampling checks with Quality Control.
• Monitor continuous syrup preparation, dissolution and filtration; adjust control set points and record in worksheets.
• Check availability of production materials for upcoming schedules and inform Syrup supervisor and Materials Section of shortages.
• Report immediately to Syrup supervisor for equipment problems or untoward situations; perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with engineering technician for electrical/electronic issues.
• Check availability of materials for softener treatment/regeneration (e.g., chlorine, sodium chloride) and inspect pumps, gauges, pipes, tanks and auxiliary equipment.
• Check and record water quality tests such as residual chlorine and conductivity; monitor pump pressures, flow rates and RO plant condition; monitor conductivity of RO water for clean/replace decisions.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing according to the quality plan.
• Assist engineering personnel with repairs and maintenance of water treatment equipment; ensure all equipment and components in Process areas are in good operating condition and address performance issues.
• Participate in QHSE, Food Safety, Environment, ISO and plant quality programs; operate under HSE regulations, follow SOPs/WIs, use PPE, attend training and emergency drills, and support internal/external QHSE monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering.
• Technical knowledge in Food, Beverage and Chemical technology; Water Treatment technology; Process Engineering.
• Familiar with production planning and control.
• Good working attitude and moral conduct.
• Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
