Operator Final Assembly

About the Role

Direct Operator Final Assembly. This role is based in Rayong and reports directly to Team Leader Production. Work onsite on the final assembly line to help wire units, troubleshoot minor issues, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Locate all parts necessary for assembly; loom and assemble product efficiently to achieve highest quality as per ISO standard.
• Immediate focus on wiring controls and controls quality.
• Identify quality problems or improvement opportunities.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and bill of materials information (Team Centre).
• Use necessary tools and equipment to assemble products, including precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
• Perform some material handling functions.
• Perform quality inspection, checking tolerances and specifications on parts.
• Follow and adhere to all safety, quality and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma is required.
• Male/Female, 21 years old up.
• Ability to interpret and use electrical schematic drawings is required.
• Electrical background and/or experience in electrical assembly.
• Familiarity with and utilization of hand tools including wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, steel banding, and power tools such as impact guns and pneumatic rivet guns.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of 5S and basic problem solving.
