Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen’s operating standards, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream display freezers in working condition and check temperature correctly according to standard.
• Maintain ice cream quality by using a thermometer to check temperature correctly according to standard.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used for work to be clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned correctly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Handle and use ice cream containers correctly according to standard.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standard and sufficient throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor layout plan.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet layout plan.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standard for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standard.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational rules and regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and discipline, and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other duties as assigned by shift manager.
• Other duties as assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, age 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, smiling, cheerful, articulate, and energetic.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Completed Mathayom 3 or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
