Expert Full Stack Developer

About the Role

As an Expert Full Stack Developer at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications that support our partner projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Your role will involve optimizing performance, ensuring security, and implementing best practices in full stack development. Additionally, you will leverage AI technologies to enhance application functionality and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in full stack development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Operate across the full stack with AI as a force multiplier — use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for frontend, backend, and API development; generate tests, write documentation, and conduct AI-assisted code reviews as a matter of routine.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications — apply LLM APIs, intelligent automation, and AI-enhanced UX patterns where they add real value; evaluate and advocate for practical adoption of emerging AI tooling across the AZP stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring boot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
• Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in mobile Flutter framework is a plus.
