Service Supervisor

About the Role

Otis & Sigma is expanding service operations in Thailand and is seeking a Service Supervisor / Senior Associate, Field Services to lead field service teams and deliver safe, reliable, high‑quality maintenance services for elevators and escalators. This is an onsite role based in Bangkok with responsibility for supervising daily field operations including 24‑hour emergency breakdown support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field service operations and ensure coverage for 24‑hour emergency breakdown support in line with maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, FPA, EH&S and WWJSSS requirements, conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop service technicians to achieve efficiency, quality and safety targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections, daily briefings and weekly service review meetings to improve troubleshooting and reduce breakdowns.
• Perform customer visits and prepare monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Service Sales on repair works and billing to support service sales and margin targets.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in field service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused with good communication skills.
• Proficient in computer and digital tools for service operations (MS Office / related software).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written); spoken English is an advantage. Thai language proficiency is required.
