Responsibilities

• Manage owned fleet operations (trucks and drivers), including operational performance and maintenance compliance.
• Lead and manage both blue-collar and white-collar teams within fleet and transportation functions.
• Handle labour relations and negotiations with labour unions and manage industrial relations matters.
• Oversee operations involving EV trucks and related fleet initiatives.
• Use fleet management systems and data analysis tools to monitor and improve performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in fleet/logistics management are a plus.
• 8–12+ years of experience in fleet or transportation management with proven experience managing owned fleet operations.
• Hands-on experience dealing with labour unions and industrial relations in large-scale logistics or transportation environments preferred.

• Proficiency in fleet management systems and data analysis tools; problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
