Senior MES Support Analyst

About the Role

Senior MES Support Analyst supporting a global pharmaceutical client on MES and Digital Manufacturing opportunities across Thailand and APAC. Hands-on work with PAS-X or Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma, providing production support, implementation/configuration and validation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• PAS-X MES implementation, configuration or support and Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma work
• eBR / MBR development and maintenance
• Recipe and workflow configuration
• MES production support, troubleshooting and L2/L3 incident management
• SQL querying and database investigations
• Manufacturing systems integration and interfaces with SAP, LIMS, SCADA and Historian
• Master data management
• Validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and work within GMP / GxP regulated manufacturing environments
• Shopfloor systems support and operational monitoring
• Change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven MES experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (PAS-X and/or Siemens Opcenter preferred)
• Experience providing L2/L3 support and incident management in IT/production support environments
• Strong SQL skills for querying and database investigations
• Experience integrating MES with SAP, LIMS, SCADA or Historian systems
• Hands-on involvement in validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and working within GMP/GxP regimes
