Job Scope

Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of production machines and equipment to ensure machine reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe and efficient production operations.

Job Descriptions

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on utility equipment (Preventive Maintenance).
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical/electrical issues.
• Keep equipment records and report issues.
• Support production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teams to improve maintenance processes.
• Perform minor mechanical installation work.
• Modification of machine control to achieve higher efficiency and productivity and prevent downtime.
• Responsible for compliance with EHS procedure and requirement.
• Ensure that all Thai FDA, GQP and ISO13485 and EHS regulation are always followed.

Qualifications

• High Vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical or related field. (ปวช./ปวส.)
• At least 2 years of experience in machine maintenance, production maintenance, or manufacturing equipment maintenance. (Electrical and Mechanical related aspects).
• Experience in troubleshooting Production Machines, Conveyors, Motors, Sensors, Pneumatic Systems, and Control Systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in PLC, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance is an advantage.
• Must be able to work as 3 Shifts pattern (Day, Afternoon and Night) + Overtime.
• Must be able to understand Vantive’s specifications and SOPs (Operation, EHS, Quality, GMP).
• Must be able to analysis, troubleshoot and fix during equipment breakdown.
• Must be able to work with other functions to achieve one team one goal.
