About the Company

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. By transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you enable moments for people around the world.

Responsibilities

• Execute bookings and enter orders in the internal transport management system (carrier/vessel, item description, etc.).
• Monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and other vendors, ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.
• Coordinate with customer care teams (CCL), haulers and carriers for export shipments and organise transport activities based on the customer promise.
• Obtain dangerous goods (DG) approval where necessary.
• Create files for consolidation containers (unless performed by dedicated planners).
• Ensure costs and revenues are entered during shipment creation to provide cost awareness and maximise profit.
• Support in resolving claims and disputes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask effectively.
• Exposure to a global or international working environment and comfortable with a routine-oriented role.
• Intermediate level of English communication (spoken and written).
