Implementation Engineer (SaaS)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced implementation engineer who understands both design and production logic in the custom furniture/cabinetry industry, and enjoys solving complex customer project challenges. Responsible for end-to-end implementation and delivery of customized client projects for Coohom, including requirement alignment, product library planning, modeling, production-order splitting tests and final delivery. Provide dedicated implementation support to local clients in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and delivery of customized client projects, from requirement alignment to final acceptance.
• Guide clients through product library design, provide Coohom parametric modeling training and supervision, and enable clients to build product libraries independently.
• Assist clients with data preparation for design and production projects (product systems, pricing frameworks, design guidelines, BOM, construction drawings) based on their customized products and manufacturing processes.
• Configure databases, conduct testing, perform production-order splitting/nesting tests, and collaborate with back-end teams to resolve technical production bottlenecks.
• Analyze clients' market applications to promote core Coohom features and assist in configuring brand-unique features to deepen product usage.
• Formulate and monitor implementation project plans, track progress through to acceptance, and ensure timeline health and successful delivery.
• Analyze clients' current design and production workflows, identify information workflow bottlenecks, propose optimization strategies and deliver solutions to improve client success value.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English or Chinese as a working language (primarily reading and writing skills).
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing or related industries, with at least 1 year in client project implementation or technical service; familiarity with custom home furnishing production processes is required.
• Familiarity with conventional CAD software such as 3DMAX, AutoCAD, or order-splitting/nesting software; ability to quickly learn and master Coohom parametric modeling through training.
• Excellent logical expression and client communication skills; experience leading client training sessions or providing on-site guidance.
• Proactive, strong capacity for learning, resilient, and able to drive client project progress and handle challenging tasks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate resources between frontline clients and internal Coohom teams.
