Field Service Engineering - UPS

About the Role

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer (UPS) delivering hands-on technical solutions to customers. This onsite, full-time role focuses on installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of UPS and related equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, and building strong customer relationships while identifying service and upgrade opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex installation, maintenance, and repair services on customer equipment while maintaining highest quality standards
• Provide technical guidance during commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of sophisticated equipment
• Identify and implement solutions for complex start-up challenges and recommend equipment upgrades or new product opportunities
• Identify service growth opportunities during customer site visits and contribute to service expansion

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance (UPS or similar systems)
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality
• Outstanding customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
