Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager (Import & Export Division) with Japanese language capability to lead operations, manage client accounts, and oversee team development. You will work closely with Japanese management and regional headquarters, playing a key role in business operations and future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with customers acquired by the sales team
• Lead, supervise, and develop Import/Export team members
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and communicate directly with Japanese senior management and HQ
• Support and potentially expand involvement in domestic transportation and warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics industry
• Proven management or leadership experience
• Japanese language proficiency (business level or above)
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in import/export operations and customs documentation
