Specialist, Production Academy Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the learning and training curriculums for both master trainers and craftpeople from the production team, including validation of contents, assessment to enhance knowledge/skills of the employee.
• Produce production academy learning content and materials (including PowerPoint, multimedia, e-leaning, handbook, among others)
• Align and collaborate with factory managers to identify master trainers pool
• Facilitate and conduct training for master trainers to be able o transfer skills and techniques knowledge to craftspeople.
• Collaborate with productions group leaders to monitor and follow up on individual performance of trainees after passing skills training programs.
• Work closely with production academy operations team and production planning team to analyze training needs.
• Work closely with master trainer to continuously review and improve training content and materials.
• Share knowledge and know-how on Pandora Jewellery production skills to employees of all levels.
• Collaborate with production development team and master trainer to identify new products and develop/update training curriculum aligned with the new product.
• Work closely with production academy operations team to maintain and continuously update skills matrix and craftspeople certification
• Drive Production Academy projects and support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities.
• Continuously improve production academy skills matrix, training materials, and find ways to drive efficiency within Production Academy, overall Talent and HR & Communications function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Trainer or Technical Learning Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (jewelry manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in technical training and development within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in matrix management skills.
• Strong understanding of learning & development methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience managing technical skill certification processes is required.
• Ability to effectively plan and deliver high-quality work while managing both workload volume and complexity.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for personal development and career growth.
• Agile and adaptable to rapidly changing skill requirements and business needs.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop future leaders.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to take on new opportunities and transition into different roles within the organization.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiar with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
• Skilled in Canva and other media/design tools.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including advanced analytical skills.
• Knowledge of basic statistics.
• Good command of English communication, both spoken and written.
