Management Associate (Fast track)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and personable Management Associate to join our team. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with clients, support training delivery, and help shape content while operating in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships as a primary point of contact
• Coordinate and support training sessions, including on-site delivery
• Develop and refine training materials and content assets
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Leverage AI tools to boost personal and team productivity
• Occasionally work flexible hours to meet client or project needs

Nice to Have

• Prior entrepreneurial experience or a track record of self-initiated projects
• Basic technical know-how (e.g. prompt engineering, workflow automation)

Requirements

• Business-minded with strong commercial instincts; bonus for running a side project or business
• Excellent communicator with a professional presence; confident working with clients in person
• English proficiency at C1 level or above (written, reading and spoken)
• Comfortable with technology and experienced experimenting with AI tools
• A hard worker who can adapt to flexible schedules when needed
• Willingness to travel for training events or client meetings
• Recent graduates are very welcome to apply
