หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)

• รับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการร้านในภาพรวม เพื่อให้ยอดขาย การบริการลูกค้า ทีมงาน สต็อกสินค้า และภาพลักษณ์หน้าร้านเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์และเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• บริหารยอดขายและผลักดันทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ รวมถึงการติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการขายเพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์ในร้าน
• ดูแลและยกระดับมาตรฐานการบริการลูกค้า (Customer Experience) ให้สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ พร้อมจัดการข้อร้องเรียนอย่างเหมาะสม
• บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานภายในร้าน ทั้งการจัดตารางงาน การสอนงาน การติดตามผล และสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน
• ควบคุมและบริหารสต็อกสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง เพียงพอ และลดความสูญเสีย รวมถึงการตรวจนับและประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้าน การจัดวางสินค้า และภาพลักษณ์โดยรวมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน Visual Merchandising ของแบรนด์
• ประสานงานกับทีมส่วนกลางและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายหรือแคมเปญต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.6 / ปวช. ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle หรือบริหารร้านค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถบริหารทีมได้ดี
• มีทักษะด้านการขายและงานบริการลูกค้า
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
• หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
