Manager - Branch Manager AAGI Sales - Samui Branch

About the Role

Responsible in expanding new customers including perform marketing activities based on defined plan

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary support and training to establish managerial back-up and employee development and ensure effective use of technology to meet Company, Agency, and Customer requirements
• Monitor and maintain all source of Marketing staff Monthly Active Plans
• Collect premiums in a timely manner and issue receipts to customers
• Assist in generating new business opportunities through active involvement in the sales process
• Work closely with the Underwriting team to enhance new business opportunities and promote underwriting strategies for new and existing customers to ensure branch profitability
• Develop and support customer retention objectives of the Branch
• Assist in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• Direct experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions, insurance or insurance industry
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or CoPilot 365) will be an advantage
