• Accomplish packaging development and industrialization for new product launches.
• Conduct feasibility studies for sustainable packaging materials.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost-reduction activities in collaboration with the factory.
• Manage process engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee the installation of new machinery and automation systems for the packing process.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Technology, Food Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Supervisor level: 3–8 years of experience / Staff level: 0–5 years of experience (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong knowledge of Packaging Material Technology (Flexible and Container packaging).
• Understanding of packing process, production technology, and automation systems.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and deliver presentations.
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
