Senior Engineer Facility

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Supervise operation and maintenance of facility equipment and utilitysystems.
• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems andinfrastructure.
• Oversee fire protection and fire prevention systems, ensuringregulatory compliance.
• Ensure reliable operation of HVAC systems and cleanroom environmentalcontrols.
• Manage DI Water Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)operations.
• Coordinate building repair, maintenance, and facility improvementprojects.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities and contractor management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or relatedfield.
• 5-7 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance withina manufacturing environment,
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, Fire Protection Systems, DI Water,WWTP, and Cleanroom Operations
• Familiar with use of building automation system
• Good problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder managementskills.
• Knowledge of local safety and environmental regulations is anadvantage.
