Senior Business Analyst (fixed-term contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with an account-facing mindset to act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, owning client relationships and driving end-to-end delivery from requirements through go-live. This role is based at our client's site in the Nonthaburi area and requires 3–4 days WIO. Fixed-term / contract (daily) engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts; build and maintain long-term relationships and lead regular check-ins and status reviews.
• Proactively engage clients to understand evolving business needs, surface opportunities, manage expectations, and support account growth.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate complex business needs into functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and solution proposals for development teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and internal QA; define test scenarios and acceptance criteria, track and manage defects through resolution, and coordinate sign-off.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, or change requests early and work with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
• Coordinate cutover activities, training, and post-launch support to ensure smooth project go-live.
• Participate in projects following SDLC or Agile methodologies and act as the voice of the client internally to ensure delivered solutions address business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Account Executive, or a combined role with a track record of managing client-facing delivery.
• Hands-on experience leading UAT and SIT cycles, including test planning, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements for software development or system implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and/or Agile methodologies and experience contributing in Agile projects.
• Experience acting as a client or account contact, managing relationships, expectations, and communications independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, convenience store, or consumer-facing business environments is a strong plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Thai Native.
