General Technician (Temporary)

Position Specific Requirements:

• Inspection & Diagnosis: Visually inspect equipment and systems, run diagnostic tests, and identify malfunctions.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Fix or replace faulty parts (electrical, mechanical and plumbing)
• Preventative Care: Implement preventative maintenance schedules for systems like Air condition, HVAC, plumbing, and machinery.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, use protective equipment, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Customer/Team Communication: Clearly explain issues and recommendations to clients or supervisors and provide updates.

Position Specific Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment. Understanding of safety protocols and relevant regulations.
• Good communication skills for reporting and customer interaction.
