About the Role

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. This role ensures a welcoming café environment and maintains beverage quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests and respond to beverage requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling of ingredients and follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a food and beverage service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
