Responsibilities

Support QHSE Product under DISC and Transportation Scheme

• Perform administrative review of audit documentation for QHSE product
• Print certificates after certification approval
• Review and cooperate between ICC and local country on audit documentation to successfully gain certification decision
• Monitor and ensure the certification process is done within the proper period of time
• Monitor and review surveillance audit documentation

Support Auditor Qualification Process of DISC and Transportation Product

• Prepare, collect, and maintain necessary documents for auditor/technical expert
• Arrange and witness audit for auditor qualification process
• Support industrial code allocation to auditors
• Arrange required training for auditor qualifications
• Maintain auditor/specialist qualification system database, and record and update to related authority (if required)

Support Internal Audit and AB Audits

• Participate and support during Internal Audit and AB Audit
• Update and maintain the certification client database, and inform the list of certified clients to Local AB in timely manner
• Support document control under ISO/IEC 17021-1
