Scope and general Purpose of Job: To ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. Assistant Manager will also be responsible to maintain a strong professional relationship with all levels of associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development, and be a leader who leads by example ensuring that associates uphold the brand cultures and values which result in enhancing guest’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with hotel standards, and is individually profitable.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with all levels of associates within the hotel.
• Take an active interest in associates' welfare, safety and development.
• Lead by example and ensure associates uphold brand culture and values to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Thai Citizens.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in luxury hotel.
• Positive outlook and team player with good communication.
• Focused on quality and consistency with keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
• Proactive work style.
