About the Company

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator at an established Australian property development and construction company. With significant active and upcoming projects across residential, commercial, and co-working spaces, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content from existing assets and distributing it across social media platforms to drive qualified leads. Your visual content will directly influence leasing success and buyer engagement across competitive Australian property markets. We're seeking a design-focused professional who can transform technical property assets into compelling marketing materials that drive real results.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the leadership team to transform CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders into engaging marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• 60% graphic design and visual content creation, 40% social media coordination and performance tracking in a fast-paced property development environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years graphic design experience, preferably in property, real estate, or construction.
• Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software.
• Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to modify visual content.
• Ability to create location-based marketing materials and integrate floor plans into designs.
• Social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation.
• Availability during Australian business hours with immediate responsiveness.
• Fluent English communication and ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Experience

• Property development or architectural visualisation projects.
• Knowledge of Australian property market and premium property marketing.
• Experience with automation tools for multi-platform content distribution.
• Previous work with developers, architects, or construction companies.
