Burger King-Service Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experience and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with politeness, a smile, and good manners.
• Provide service to customers according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Correctly recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire about and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Check food quality against standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly follow company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent or higher

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration)

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food Handler Certificate (will be given special consideration).
