Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of a Beach Front restaurant and ensure profitable operations to achieve outlet business goals.
• Accurately forecast business demands and work with management to develop and execute the marketing plan.
• Ensure the manning schedule is up to date and manage team member performance.
• Oversee regular preventative maintenance and maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate team members to excel and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and develop and deliver required training for supervisors and team members to support career development.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
