Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operating standards, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ice cream storage freezer to be usable and check the temperature to be correct according to standards.
• Monitor ice cream quality by using a thermometer to check the temperature according to standards.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used in work to be clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned correctly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Maintain and use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard sizes as specified in the product manual.
• Ensure beverage quality according to standards and sufficient throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor layout.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet layout.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers so that customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational rules and regulations.
• Adhere to organizational rules and discipline and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, age 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, smiling, cheerful, clear speech, and agile work.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: At least Matayom 3 (Grade 9) education.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
