Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver quality food that is fresh, clean, and on time, creating maximum satisfaction for customers in every service.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

• Check the readiness of all kitchen equipment to be clean and ready for use before starting the shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of raw materials before starting to cook.
• Cook food according to standard procedures and company recipes strictly.
• Process customer orders in chronological order and complete them within the specified time.
• Check food quality to meet standards before every delivery to the service team.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Ensure that the assigned kitchen area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the schedule.
• Strictly adhere to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to standards.

General Operations

• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Immediately report any kitchen problems to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education

High school diploma (M.6) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in cooking will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about cooking and willing to learn new cooking techniques.
• Committed to and adhere to Food Quality & Safety.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
