Job Summary
Drive customer lifecycle campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and revenue. Develop cross-sell, upsell, and loyalty initiatives, leverage customer insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized marketing campaigns. Monitor performance, optimize results, and support AI-driven marketing strategies such as Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA).
Job Description
- Design and manage customer-level campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Develop cross-sell, upsell, retention, and loyalty campaigns to grow multi product customers.
- Analyze customer insights, segmentation, and propensity models to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Data Analytics, and Digital teams to deliver personalized campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve business outcomes
- Support the implementation of AI-driven marketing, Next Best Offer (NBO), and Next Best Action (NBA).
