Payroll Implementation Consultant, Thailand

About the Company & About the Role

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. Strada Pay is a cloud-based payroll calculation engine with SOC1 controls, dashboards, anomaly detection and continuous recalculation. As a Payroll Implementation Consultant (Strada Pay Implementer) you will provide functional consultancy for Strada Pay implementations in Thailand and be involved across the full project lifecycle from client liaison and requirements capture to configuration, testing and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing functional lead for kick-offs and functional requirements discussions.
• Capture payroll configuration information and finalise Strada Pay workbooks.
• Identify deviations from Strada Pay standards (product & processes) and propose workarounds.
• Work with Product team to complete payroll configuration and integrations.
• Validate payroll solution and integrations during project testing cycles, including UAT and parallel testing.
• Perform data validations, support data mapping and resolve data-related issues across systems.
• Coordinate defect resolution and support integration issue resolution.
• Provide knowledge transfer to Delivery and Operational Payroll teams and input/update the project plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma related to the role.
• Experience in a functional consulting/analytical capacity within payroll outsourcing or payroll software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand payroll and compliance (tax, legislation, etc.).
• Experience across the payroll implementation project lifecycle and supporting UAT/parallel testing.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to articulate and document client requirements.
• Stakeholder management skills with ability to interact at all business levels and propose alternative solutions assessing feasibility and costs.
• Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal skills.
