Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to every customer, and to support increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection & Delivery

• Check food quality against standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the responsible area, ensuring all equipment is ready for service at all times.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly comply with company regulations and supervisor's orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent, or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service work will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
