About the Role
As Assistant Learning Manager, you will serve as a role model and learning partner for all Team Members, supporting the development of a high-performance culture through effective learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and coordinate, develop and deliver learning programs.
- Manage orientation and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Support individual development plans and monitor training effectiveness.
- Work closely with Departmental Trainers and the Property Leadership Team to enhance team members’ skills, leadership capabilities, service excellence and career growth.
- Serve as a learning partner and role model to promote a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to employee engagement, operational performance, guest satisfaction and achievement of the hotel's business objectives.
