Leads on engineering technique, installation, and after-sales service, to ensure professional standard and delivery smooth service the customer.

What you'll do

• Coordinating on install, and maintenance accordance with customer project priorities and plans
• Delegating contractor responsibilities, to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
• Conduct training to partners and distributors
• Providing adequate resources and staffing Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors and customers
• Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions
• Provide technical support to clients and colleagues

What you must have

• Diploma or bachelor's degree from Engineering
• Knowledge of mechanic, electrical systems.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• The ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel
• Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory both spoken and written
