As a Scrub Technician, you will assist in surgical cases, manage instrument kits, and support workshops, ensuring patient and hospital outcomes are improved. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work under pressure, maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders.
รายละเอียดงาน
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage Surgical Cases pre & post arrangement including instrument kit monitoring
- Assist & support CME workshops/ in service
- Maintain good relationship with key customer stake holders
- Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED
Education & special trainings:
- Certificate or Diploma with nursing related field or experience in nursing & case scrubbing
Qualifications & experience:
- 2-3 years of work experience as Scrub Technician or clinical support
Physical & mental requirements:
- Initiative, pro-active and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication
- Good planning skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Self-motivated and team oriented
