Senior Solution Architect

About the Role

As a Solution Architect you’ll help deliver unique client co-creation experiences to accelerate enterprise transformation programs. Serve as the overall technical lead covering contemporary cloud, automation, AI and analytics skills. Own the solutions architecture plan while being a hands-on builder/developer in client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client co-creation experiences to accelerate enterprise transformation programs.
• Serve as the overall technical lead including cloud, automation, AI and analytics expertise.
• Develop frameworks and integrated solutions that solve prospective clients’ hardest problems.
• Lead all aspects of integrated solution delivery, from requirements identification to technical decisions impacting delivery.
• Own the solutions architecture plan and act as a hands-on builder/developer in client-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working in the development and implementation of banking solutions in payments, lending, workflow, data warehouse, or mobile solutions.
• 15+ years of experience working in the development and implementation of banking solutions in payments, lending, workflow, data warehouse, or mobile solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Thai, with proven experience leading customer-facing technical solutions teams and facilitating problem discovery, framing, and solutioning sessions.
• Experience working in team environments to deliver automation or integration assignments/projects, utilizing Agile best practices such as extreme programming, paired programming, scrum, and test-driven development.
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles including cloud computing, data security, application integration, and cloud-native application design patterns (microservices, containers, serverless).
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications on platforms like Kubernetes or Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with open-source tools and libraries used in cloud-native development, including containerization technologies (Docker, containerd), service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), configuration management (Spring Cloud Config, Consul), API gateways (Kong, Ambassador), monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Experience with various IT methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and diagramming tools.
