What You Will Do?

• Design, Develop, And Maintain Power BI Dashboards, Reports, And Data Models
• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Understand Business Requirements And Deliver Effective BI Solutions
• Optimize Reports For Better Usability And Present Insights In A Clear And Actionable Format
• Ensure Data Governance, Role-Based Security, And Compliance With Organizational Standards
• Support Knowledge Sharing And Introduce Best Practices And New Power BI Features To The Team
• Track And Analyze Live Streaming Performance Metrics, Including GMV, Viewer Count, Retention Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CR), And Average Order Value (AOV)
• Analyze Audience Behavior, Including Peak Viewing Hours, Watch Time, And Drop-Off Points, To Improve Live Streaming Performance
• Evaluate And Benchmark Host Performance To Identify Strengths, Improvement Opportunities, And Return On Investment (ROI)
• Design, Build, And Maintain Real-Time And Periodic Dashboards Using Power BI, Tableau, Or Looker Studio
• Prepare Post-Live Performance Reports With Key Findings, Operational Issues, And Recommendations For Future Sessions

What You Will Need?

• Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
• At Least 1–3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, E-Commerce Analytics, Or Digital Marketing Analysis
• Experience With TikTok Shop Or Shopee Live Analytics Is Highly Preferred
• Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel Or Google Sheets, Including Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, And Data Modeling
• Hands-On Experience With Power BI, Tableau, Or Looker Studio
• Knowledge Of SQL Or Python/R For Data Extraction And Analysis Is A Plus
• Good Understanding Of E-Commerce And Live Streaming Performance Metrics
• Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Business Recommendations
• Strong Presentation And Communication Skills For Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Adapt To Changing Business Needs
• Strong Analytical Mindset And Curiosity To Explore Data Patterns And Business Opportunities
