Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting the store's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to standard procedures, achieving 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting shift.
• Ensure the responsible area is clean and tidy, with complete equipment ready for service at all times.
• Maintain dress code and personal hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (ม.3) หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป

Experience

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week) including public holidays.
• Food handler certificate (will be given special consideration).
