Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experience and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Kindly invite customers to return for future service.
• Inspect food quality to ensure it meets standards before serving to customers.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Ensure the assigned area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.
